Scheduled
Dear customer,

The TLS/SSL certificate of our Unzer API for domain *.unzer.com, such as api.unzer.com or payment.unzer.com will be replaced on the June 27th, 2024.

We strongly recommend that you do not store dedicated certificates on the server side in your system.
If you have a stored certificate, then you must use the updated certificate from June 27th, 2024.

The new certificate is valid for the entire *unzer.com domain and will be used on both Sandbox and Prod systems.
On our production system, the change will take place on June 27th, 2024 11:00 CEST. The certificate can then be tested.

Note:
- If the shop systems and web servers do not have the SSL certificate of the respective remote station stored, then no action is required.
- However, if you check the SSL certificate of the payment system in your system, the new certificate must also be stored here.
- You must also check other systems such as merchandise management and fulfilment that are connected to the Unzer system with regard to certificate validation.

Please send an email to support@unzer.com for any further questions.

With kind regards,

Your Unzer team
