Monitoring - Due to the issue affecting Tillhub systems, changes were implemented to stabilize the platform and restore functionality.

Merchants will experience temporary delays in:
- Transactions display in Dashboard (home page, transaction reports)
- Receiving transaction data on the systems connected through Tillhub Webhooks or with GCP pub/sub system directly

No merchant data is lost during this time as transaction processing is working normally.

Our teams are actively monitoring the system to ensure full data consistency and restoration of normal operations.

BNPL - Slower Transaction Processing Times
Resolved - This incident has been resolved. Transactions processing times are back to normal values.

Monitoring - We are currently observing occasional slower transaction processing times for our Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) product.

The delays are caused by slower response times from external credit score services. As a result, some transactions may take longer than usual to complete.

Our teams are actively monitoring the situation and are in contact with the relevant external credit agencies to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
