We would like to inform you of a planned maintenance window scheduled for 29 June from 02:00 to 06:00.
During this time, we will perform a major infrastructure upgrade that is expected to impact several services across our BNPL platform. As a result, customers may experience temporary service unavailability during the maintenance window.

- Transaction processing and gateways
- Merchant Portals
- BNPL services
Expected impact:
The maintenance may cause temporary disruption to transaction processing, portal access, and BNPL related services. We aim to restore services as quickly as possible, with transaction processing expected to be prioritised first.
Our teams will closely monitor the maintenance throughout the window and work to minimise disruption.
