Please be informed of an incident involving an external provider, which impacted all card types for terminal IDs beginning with 40xxx, 61xxx, and 71xxx. The outage occurred between 17:00 and 17:30 CEST on 02.10.2025.
The issue has since been resolved, and all terminals are now fully operational without the need for a restart.
