Please be informed that between 05 Dec 2025, 09:56–10:19 CET, our ticketing and hotline systems were disrupted due to a third‑party service provider issue. Service was restored after the provider mitigated the issue. We have verified the email flow and hotline availability and are processing any queued or delayed emails.
