we want to inform you about an important update to improve and enhance our platform and will introduce a new domain that needs to be whitelisted in your systems to improve the credit card strong customer authentication flow (3DS2):
- New Domain: threeds.upcgw.com
Additionally, please be advised that the length of the redirect URLs generated by our system may now be up to 1,500 characters. It is crucial to ensure that your systems and processes are configured to handle these longer URLs to avoid any disruptions in service.
Activity will be performed as per below timeline:
Wednesday 10.07.2024 from 06:00 - 12:00 CEST.
Service affected: 3DS Authentication - SCA (Strong Customer Authentication)
Action Required:
- Whitelist the New Domain: Ensure that threeds.upcgw.com is added to your whitelist to maintain seamless integration and communication with our platform. - Update URL Handling Configurations: Verify and update your systems to accommodate redirect URLs up to 1,500 characters in length. This may involve adjusting configurations in your web server, proxies, and any relevant application settings.
Expected impact: No impact or system degradation is expected.
