One of our acquiring partners has identified an anomaly affecting Mastercard transactions within the timeframe of 09.08.2023 19:00 to 10.08.2023 19:00. Notably, this matter does not impose any notable impact from a merchant's standpoint. The issue primarily pertains to a delay in the processing of clearing transactions on cardholders' accounts.

Our acquiring partner, in collaboration with Mastercard, is actively addressing and resolving this matter. It's important to highlight that this update serves purely for informational purposes.
