Identified - Sehr geehrter Händler,

wir möchten Sie darüber informieren, dass es derzeitig eine Störung bei einem externen Partner gibt und somit Girokarten über das Acquiring der "SIX/Payone" nicht abgewickelt werden können. Dies betrifft Kartelesegeräte beginnend mit der Terminal ID: 68xxx. Unsere Partner arbeiten mit Hochdruck an der Behebung des Fehlers, ein Neustart ist nicht notwendig.

please be informed that there is currently an external fault and therefore Giro cards from the acquiring of “SIX/Payone” cannot be processed for card readers starting with terminal ID: 68xxx. Our Partner is working at high priority to rectify the error, a restart is not necessary.
